Feb 9, 2010 Molenbergnatie releases Electronic cats in its warehouses

During the first quarter of 2010, Molenbergnatie will deploy a new, wireless electronic detection system in its warehouses that offers continuous monitoring of rodents: Ecat®

As a part of our HACCP guidelines and as a result of our continuous improvement program, permanent up-to-date and correct information will be made available for immediate action.

Moreover, no biocides are used and rodents are caught immediately. This way of working effectively reduces the risk of direct and indirect contamination of your goods.

The new traps are equipped with an electronic module. If rodents are caught, the module will send out a signal. The signal will evoke a follow-up action and the rodent will be removed. At the same time, the circumstances and place will be evaluated, and if needed , further curative actions can be taken.
This solution will be integrated into an electronic platform that will register situations, take actions and provide a full detailed overview of the entire pest control program (who did what, when, why and what is the result of the actions taken).
