What will you do?
In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for everyone entering the terminal, providing support for daily operations. No two days are the same! You’ll help with a wide range of tasks, from administrative work to operational assistance. Here’s what you’ll be doing:
Manning the gate and assisting drivers and visitors with check-in.
Helping with booking in and out orders, keeping track of what’s coming in and going out of the terminal.
Staying in touch with the operations team and helping ensure everything runs smoothly.
Handling requests for shipments and coordinating transport tasks.
Assisting with basic customs processes and managing bio shipments.
Providing support with invoicing, archiving, and other admin tasks as needed.
In short, wherever help is needed, you’ll be there!

Preferably you have some working experience in logistics / suply chain, in a similar role. That's how you know you are ready for this job.
